Carnival 2023

On the 21st of February, Livraria Lello celebrates Carnival without forgetting the essence of the book. Inspired by “The Pop Collection”, we invite all visitors to the bookstore to do face painting based on characters from some of the greatest classics in literature.

During the day, everyone who enters the Most Beautiful Bookstore in the World will be able to take on the skin of more than 15 characters such as The Little Prince, Peter Pan, Heidi and Frankeinstein.
