Fernando Pinto do Amaral in the last Posfácio das Carmelitas Rentrée
Fernando Pinto do Amaral is Livraria Lello's guest for the last session of Posfácio das Carmelitas - Rentrée. The author will be in conversation with Maria Bochicchio this Saturday, October 7th, at 5 PM.
Poet, literary critic and university professor, Fernando Pinto do Amaral is the author of books such as O Terceiro Vértice and Manual de Cardiologia, poetry books with a melancholic and autumnal tone. He has written for magazines such as Ler, A Phala and Colóquio - Letras, as well as for the newspaper Público. He was also commissioner of the National Reading Plan.
The session will once again take place on Passeio das Carmelitas, in front of Livraria Lello, and will feature readings by the (IN)COMUM collective, as well as music by Francisco Berény Domingues on classical guitar.
Livraria Lello promises to continue bringing together books, authors, and readers at its monthly events. The next one will be on October 11 and will feature Spanish author Jorge Carrión as the World's Most Beautiful Bookshop's author of the month.
